- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cottage cheese, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Pour mixture into greased pie dish.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
