Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in cottage cheese, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Pour mixture into greased pie dish.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
  • Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
