Ingredients
  

For the salmon bites:

  • 1 lb fresh skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
  • Set up 3 bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with seasonings.
  • Dredge salmon in flour, then egg, then panko.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry salmon 2–3 min per side until golden.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Notes

Air Fryer Option: Lightly spray and cook salmon bites at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Make It Spicier: Add extra sriracha or a pinch of cayenne to the sauce.
Serve With: Fresh lime wedges, chopped green onions, or shredded cabbage slaw for contrast.
