  • 8 chicken drumsticks about 2.5 lbs
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Mix olive oil and seasonings into a paste.
  • Coat chicken drumsticks with paste.
  • Place on a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until 165°F inside.
