Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 ¼ cups pineapple chunks drained well
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and prepare all fruit: halve the grapes and chop larger berries if needed.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese, pineapple chunks, grapes, and mixed berries.
  • Drizzle honey evenly over the mixture.
  • Gently toss with a large spoon or spatula until combined, taking care not to crush the berries.
  • Serve immediately, chilled.
  • Optional: garnish with fresh mint or a sprinkle of granola on top.
