- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 ¼ cups pineapple chunks drained well
- 1 cup red grapes halved
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey or to taste
Rinse and prepare all fruit: halve the grapes and chop larger berries if needed.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese, pineapple chunks, grapes, and mixed berries.
Drizzle honey evenly over the mixture.
Gently toss with a large spoon or spatula until combined, taking care not to crush the berries.
Serve immediately, chilled.
