Soup Base:

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 large russet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese shredded
- Chopped parsley for garnish
