Ingredients
  

  • 2 –4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ brick 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 stalk green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Baby romaine lettuce or baby spinach
  • pound pre-sliced sandwich meat any variety you like

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese, mayo, honey mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fold in diced tomato, celery, green onion, and shredded cheese.
  • Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Add greens, then top with sliced sandwich meat.
  • Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap and foil.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
