- ¼ cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9×5″ loaf pan.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Cream butter with ¾ cup sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream.
Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
