Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas mashed (about 1½ cups)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9×5″ loaf pan.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Cream butter with ¾ cup sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  • Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream.
  • Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
