Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs separated
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks with cottage cheese, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture.
  • Spoon batter onto prepared baking sheet in 3–4 inch rounds.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set.
