- 1 lb fresh lump crab meat
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 large egg beaten
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Pat crab meat dry.
Dredge in flour, dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden, 3–4 min per side.
Drain, garnish, and serve with dipping sauce.
