- 1 medium celery stalk finely diced
- 1 can 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup red wine optional
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound spaghetti or your choice of pasta
