- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1¼ cups chocolate granola divided
- 6 –7 medium strawberries sliced
- ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until fully combined.
Fold in 1 cup of chocolate granola.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined sheet to about ¼-inch thick.
Top with sliced strawberries and remaining ¼ cup granola. Press gently into the yogurt.
