Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz about 4 cups plain Greek yogurt (5% fat)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cups chocolate granola divided
  • 6 –7 medium strawberries sliced
  • cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until fully combined.
  • Fold in 1 cup of chocolate granola.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined sheet to about ¼-inch thick.
  • Top with sliced strawberries and remaining ¼ cup granola. Press gently into the yogurt.
