- 6 –8 tablespoons pure maple syrup to taste
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
Run molds under warm water to release, then enjoy!
