Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 6 –8 tablespoons pure maple syrup to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
  • Run molds under warm water to release, then enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to suit your taste.
  • If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups or an ice cube tray.
