- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 2 slices Colby Jack cheese
- Lettuce and tomato slices
- 2 multigrain sandwich buns
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
Marinate chicken in milk, pickle juice, sugar, and seasonings for 1+ hours.
Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
Grill chicken until 165°F internal temp. Rest briefly.
Mix mayo, BBQ sauce, and honey.
