Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • Lettuce and tomato slices
  • 2 multigrain sandwich buns
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in milk, pickle juice, sugar, and seasonings for 1+ hours.
  • Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
  • Grill chicken until 165°F internal temp. Rest briefly.
  • Mix mayo, BBQ sauce, and honey.
  • Toast buns. Assemble sandwich: sauce, lettuce, tomato, chicken, cheese, bacon, top bun. Serve warm.
