Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs large shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning + 1 Tbsp salt for poaching
  • cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter + more for greasing
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F; grease a 2½-quart dish.
  • Boil water with salt and Old Bay; poach shrimp 30 sec, drain.
  • Toss shrimp with mayo, garlic powder, pepper, and cheeses; transfer to dish.
  • Melt butter; mix in panko; sprinkle over casserole.
  • Bake 13–15 min until bubbly; broil 1–2 min to brown.
  • Rest 15 min before serving.

Notes
