Dough:
- 300 g 2 cups plain flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 30 g 1 oz cold butter, grated
- 180 ml ¾ cup milk
Filling:
- 2 tbsp passata
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- 100 g ¾ cup grated cheese
- ¼ green capsicum finely chopped
- 1 –2 slices ham approx. 50g, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200˚C / 180˚C fan / 392˚F / 356˚F convection. Line a baking tray.
Mix flour and baking powder. Rub in grated butter.
Stir in milk and knead to soft dough.
Roll dough into 1 cm thick rectangle.
Spread passata, sprinkle oregano, cheese, ham, and pepper.
Roll tightly from long side, then slice into 3–4 cm scrolls.
