Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • cup basil pesto divided
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • cups shredded mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice rolls horizontally; place bottom halves in pan.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  • Spread ½ the pesto on bottom rolls. Add chicken and cheese.
  • Spread remaining pesto on top rolls. Place on top, cut side down.
  • Brush with garlic butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
