- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ yellow onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning; simmer 5 minutes.
Boil noodles; drain.
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and noodles.
