Ingredients
  

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 mini mozzarella balls ciliegine
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry tomatoes and basil. Pat mozzarella dry.
  • Thread tomato, basil, and mozzarella onto each skewer.
  • Arrange on a platter. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Chill until ready to serve or enjoy immediately.
