- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz mozzarella balls ciliegine or bocconcini
- 15 –20 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze or homemade reduction
- Toothpicks or small wooden skewers
Wash and dry tomatoes and basil. Drain mozzarella.
Assemble skewers: tomato, folded basil, mozzarella.
Arrange on a platter.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add balsamic glaze before serving.
