Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cooked broccoli
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt pepper, and garlic to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop cooked broccoli into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, and seasonings. Mix well.
  • Form small patties and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
