This mimosa sangria is a delightful twist on the classic mimosa, combining sparkling wine, white wine, fresh orange juice, and vibrant fruit for a crowd-pleasing drink. It’s light, citrusy, and beautifully festive in a pitcher. Perfect for brunch, bridal showers, or any celebration!

- 1 bottle Pinot Grigio or other light white wine
- 1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne chilled
- 3 cups orange juice
- ½ cup strawberries sliced
- 2 oranges sliced
Wash and slice the strawberries and oranges.
Add fruit to a large pitcher and press lightly with the back of a spoon.
(Optional) Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Pour in the chilled Prosecco or Champagne.
Add orange juice and Pinot Grigio.
Stir gently to combine.
