This mimosa sangria is a delightful twist on the classic mimosa, combining sparkling wine, white wine, fresh orange juice, and vibrant fruit for a crowd-pleasing drink. It’s light, citrusy, and beautifully festive in a pitcher. Perfect for brunch, bridal showers, or any celebration!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Pinot Grigio or other light white wine
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne chilled
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 oranges sliced

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the strawberries and oranges.
  • Add fruit to a large pitcher and press lightly with the back of a spoon.
  • (Optional) Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Pour in the chilled Prosecco or Champagne.
  • Add orange juice and Pinot Grigio.
  • Stir gently to combine.
