Spread
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Pinwheels
- 4 large flour tortillas or preferred wraps
- 6 slices bacon cooked until crisp and chopped
- 8 –12 romaine or butter lettuce leaves torn
- 16 –20 thin tomato slices
To Serve (optional)
- Ranch dressing chipotle mayo, or pesto aioli
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, salt & pepper until smooth.
Lay tortillas flat and spread each with ⅓ cup of the cheese mixture.
Layer chopped bacon, lettuce, and tomato down the center of each tortilla.
Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill 10+ minutes.
Trim ends and slice each roll into 10–12 pinwheels. Serve with dipping sauce.
