  • 2 oz simple syrup

  • 1 cup black grapes halved
  • 8 oz organic blackberries
  • 8 oz sparkling water
  • Ice for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a pitcher, gently muddle plums, grapes, and blackberries.
  • Add wine, brandy, and simple syrup; stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1–4 hours.
  • Just before serving, stir in sparkling water and pour over ice.
