- ½ Tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- Toppings choose one or more:
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp crushed nuts
- 2 Tbsp granola
