A cozy and satisfying twist on classic lasagna, these roll-ups are filled with seasoned ground turkey, creamy ricotta, and topped with marinara and melty cheese.

- 8 –10 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese plus ½ cup for topping
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13” baking dish.
In a skillet, cook turkey with garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until browned.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and a pinch of salt.
Lay noodles flat. Spread with ricotta mixture, then turkey. Roll up.
Spread ½ cup marinara in baking dish. Place roll-ups seam-down.
