A cozy and satisfying twist on classic lasagna, these roll-ups are filled with seasoned ground turkey, creamy ricotta, and topped with marinara and melty cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese plus ½ cup for topping
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13” baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook turkey with garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until browned.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and a pinch of salt.
  • Lay noodles flat. Spread with ricotta mixture, then turkey. Roll up.
  • Spread ½ cup marinara in baking dish. Place roll-ups seam-down.

Notes

  • Use no-boil noodles if preferred—just soak in hot water to soften.
  • Can be assembled ahead and baked the next day.
  • Swap turkey with chicken or beef for variation.
