- ½ cup milk or half-and-half

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup diced deli ham
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced onion optional
- ½ cup diced bell pepper optional
- 1 –2 Tbsp oil or butter for sautéing if using
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
