- 10 slices bacon cut in half
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
Trim sprouts and remove outer leaves.
Cut bacon in half. Wrap each sprout and secure with a toothpick.
Place on baking sheet seam-side down. Sprinkle with pepper.
Optionally brush with glaze. Bake 25–30 mins, flipping once.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
