- 2 medium apples cored and sliced ¼-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
- 8 oz brie cheese rind removed and sliced
- 2 medium naan flatbreads
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced thyme
- 4 slices bacon cooked and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans toasted
- 1 –2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a pizza stone inside or line a baking sheet with parchment.
Toss apple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook half the apples for 3–5 minutes per side until golden.
Repeat with remaining apples and butter.
Arrange brie and apples on flatbreads. Sprinkle with thyme.
