Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium apples cored and sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 8 oz brie cheese rind removed and sliced
  • 2 medium naan flatbreads
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced thyme
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans toasted
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a pizza stone inside or line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Toss apple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook half the apples for 3–5 minutes per side until golden.
  • Repeat with remaining apples and butter.
  • Arrange brie and apples on flatbreads. Sprinkle with thyme.
