These Sushi Bliss Balls are a fun, bite-sized twist on traditional sushi—no rolling mat required! Made with seasoned sushi rice, crisp veggies, sesame, and roasted seaweed, they’re hand-shaped into delicious little rice balls perfect for party platters, lunchboxes, or healthy snacking.

- 1 cup dry sushi rice 200 g
- 3 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 tsp sushi seasoning
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- ½ small Lebanese cucumber finely diced
- ½ small carrot finely diced
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 5 g roasted seaweed crushed
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi paste optional
Cook rice and season; cool.
Stir in ginger, cucumber, carrot, sesame, and seaweed.
Shape into 24 rice balls with wet hands.
Chill until serving; serve with soy and wasabi.
