This air fryer pizza uses tortillas for the perfect ultra-thin crust, delivering the crunch you love without the doughy wait. It’s fast, customizable, and totally kid-approved—ideal for quick lunches, after-school snacks, or solo pizza nights.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8-inch tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 6 –8 slices pepperoni – or toppings of choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Mix parmesan and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Brush or spray tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle most of the seasoning mix on top.
  • Spread pizza sauce on tortillas, add cheese and pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle remaining seasoning mix.
  • Spray air fryer basket. Place one pizza in and cook 4–5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let pizza sit in basket for 2–3 minutes to crisp further.

Notes

Avoid overloading with toppings—thin tortillas crisp better with less moisture.
Low-moisture mozzarella yields the best melt and texture.
Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a lighter twist.
