- 2 8-inch tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 6 –8 slices pepperoni – or toppings of choice
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Mix parmesan and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Brush or spray tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle most of the seasoning mix on top.
Spread pizza sauce on tortillas, add cheese and pepperoni.
Sprinkle remaining seasoning mix.
Spray air fryer basket. Place one pizza in and cook 4–5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let pizza sit in basket for 2–3 minutes to crisp further.
