Mini pizzas made with pita bread, topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, all cooked in the air fryer for a quick and crispy result. Perfect for a snack or a light meal.

- 1 pita bread
- 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- 7 slices pepperoni optional
- 1/4 cup sausage optional
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced yellow or brown onion optional
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic optional
Swirl pizza sauce on pita. Add cheese and toppings. Drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Place a short-legged trivet over the pita if needed.
Air fry for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Carefully remove and cut. Serve warm.
