- 3.4 lbs of Baby Back Pork Ribs
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Knorr chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 lemon 1/2 for washing, 1/2 for marinating
Gather all ingredients. Wash ribs with half a lemon. Pat dry.
Cut into 14 small bone-in ribs. Place in a large bowl.
Add all seasonings, vinegar, and oil. Rub well to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Place ribs in the basket.
Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Adjust time if needed.
