Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana about 1 large banana
  • ¾ cup self-rising flour
  • 2 –3 tsp melted coconut oil or vegan butter plus extra for greasing hands
  • ¼ cup sugar or sugar-free monk fruit blend
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mash banana; pack into ½ cup measure.
  • Stir banana and flour until dough forms; knead with oiled hands until smooth.
  • Roll into 8 golf-ball-size balls; place on parchment.
  • Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 6–7 minutes.
  • Brush warm balls with oil/butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Serve immediately or store as directed above.
