- 2 –3 tsp melted coconut oil or vegan butter plus extra for greasing hands
- ¼ cup sugar or sugar-free monk fruit blend
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Mash banana; pack into ½ cup measure.
Stir banana and flour until dough forms; knead with oiled hands until smooth.
Roll into 8 golf-ball-size balls; place on parchment.
Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 6–7 minutes.
Brush warm balls with oil/butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
